This antique child size rocking chair was purchased from an elderly couple who really didn’t want to part with it because it had been used for so many of their grandchildren in their family home. So many fond memories were made.

It became a favourite for our daughter to read books to her teddy bears and rock them to sleep in it.

I have since sanded this beauty back and loving brought it back to life; painted with ‘Mint By Michelle’ colour Ballet Flats, dark wax worked into her perfect blemishes and finished in clear wax.

Let’s not for get the added intricate wood details in the centre there made by Flexiwood for the perfect like extra to this antique rocker.
