RETURNS

Returns is at the Managers discretion.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change it. We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We offer an exchange if an item arrives broken or damaged.

If you have received broken items or have been short supplied please email our office taryn@interioravenue.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Included with your request must be the following:

  • Invoice number

  • Photos of all broken items

  • A brief description of the fault or issue

Requests for credits will not be accepted after 7 days from receipt of goods.
