CONTRACT FOR COMMISSION WORK

A contract will be signed between the Parties detailing scope of work, condition upon arrival, timeframe for pick up/delivery and cost.

RETURNS

Returns will at the Managers discretion.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change it. We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

We offer an exchange if an item arrives broken or damaged.

If you have received broken items or have been short supplied please email our office taryn@interioravenue.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Included with your request must be the following:

  • Invoice number

  • Photos of all broken items

  • A brief description of the fault or issue

Requests for credits will NOT be accepted after 7 days from receipt of goods.

DELIVERY

Please select the delivery option at checkout to generate a delivery quotation.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Interior Avenue or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS


Interior Avenue attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Interior Avenue does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate or error-free. If a product offered by Interior Avenue itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate.
